These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Watch Trading Post ("we," "us," "our") and any purchase, sale, or request you make through this website. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• An order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorized. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

2. Authentication & Condition

Every watch we sell is inspected and authenticated by our team prior to listing. Condition, included box/papers, and any notable wear are described on each listing page to the best of our knowledge. Photos are provided to represent the actual item you are purchasing wherever possible.

3. Shipping

• Orders are shipped fully insured, with signature confirmation required upon delivery.
• Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Approved returns must be shipped back fully insured, in the original condition and packaging, within 7 days of authorization. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method, less any outbound shipping and insurance costs. Custom orders, final-sale items, and items showing new wear or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.

5. Selling or Requesting a Watch

Submitting a watch through our "Sell to Us" form is an inquiry, not a binding sale — we'll review the details and photos you provide and follow up with an offer, which you're free to accept or decline. Submitting a "Request a Watch" form is similarly an inquiry to help us source a match; it does not obligate you to purchase.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided "as is." While we take care to describe and photograph each item accurately, we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
